I just had the pleasure of touring our conference locations for this year in St. Augustine and I think you’ll be very excited when you see them too. Besides having a great conference agenda lined up at some gorgeous sites there is also so much to do in the U.S.’s oldest city that you’ll want to make sure to stay an extra day or too to enjoy everything. If you want any recommendations let me know as I’m rather familiar with the historic district. There is some amazing food & drink offered in this city so make sure to check it out. I invite any members to join me in some libations during the conference and I’ll show you a few of my favorite haunts. As for the conference here are a few things that you need to know:

Call for presenters is open till March 15. Submit a proposal by filling out the online form at https://goo.gl/forms/mf0OkEmhC2ZJ4DBF2

Call for exhibitors is now open. Sign up here to claim one of the limited booth spaces.

The hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites, Vilano Beach is great being right on the beach and walking distance from Publix. They are also offering an amazing rate of $164 per night so reserve your space now.

We are accepting donations for the silent auction which helps raise money for scholarships. If you have anything you’d like to donate you can fill out the form found at https://goo.gl/forms/KSiyt4prgcDks9bf2 or if you have contacts for other groups that might donate you can just email me with who to get in touch with and I can take care of the rest.

There will be more to come on the conference so stay tuned. But now on to the other offerings in our region.
